| ¡@¡@On May 15th, 2002,
the graduating class of Maple Leaf Montessori School went on
a trip to Vancouver, Canada in celebration of their graduation.
Not only they got a chance to visit many exciting places like
the Butchart Garden, Whistler Mountain, Vancouver Science World,
Salmon Hatchery and Burnaby Village Museum, but they also spent
5 days in their sister school - Westwood Montessori. |

in a distant and unfamiliar environment, yet the children from
Maple Leaf felt very comfortable at Westwood. They saw the similar
objects and teaching material displayed on the shelf. Sitting
at the circle to sing songs and listen to stories was just like
what they did in Maple Leaf. Everyone came home with a suitcase
full of wonderful memories and laughter. We hope to see you
soon, our Canadian friends!
